Inclusive Change at Work Seminar

Inclusive Change at Work are holding a series of free community seminar events in Emersons Green Village Hall over the coming months, designed to encourage understanding, provide support, and promote inclusion for neurodivergent individuals and their families. As part of this, SGPC will be giving a presentation on the topic of supporting neurodivergent families on 30 January. At this event we will have a peer supporter available to provide support and signposting. We will also have peer support available at the events being held on 6 February and 6 March.

Supporting Neurodivergent Families

Hosted by Lucy Smith, Founder and Director of Inclusive Change at Work & South Glos Parent Carers (SGPC), the local parent carer forum.

Raising or supporting a neurodivergent child or family member can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to do it alone.

In this workshop, Lucy and SGPC will provide practical advice, resources, and real-life strategies that can make a world of difference for neurodivergent families.

From managing daily routines and emotional wellbeing, to signposting and support, this session is packed with insights to help parents and carers create a nurturing, supportive environment for their neurodivergent loved ones.

Check out the other events in the series.
